Green Smoothie

This green smoothie might look like it belongs in a yoga studio… but it tastes like something you’d actually crave. It’s fresh, fruity, naturally sweet, and packed with all the good stuff, without tasting like you’re chewing on a lawn. Basically, it’s your morning glow-up in a glass. You're welcome.

Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients

  • cup spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water (you can also use almond milk or water)
  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, etc..)

Instructions

  • Throw it in the blender and blend til smooth!

Notes

  • Best Blending Order: Liquid -> Greens -> Soft Fruit/Yogurt -> Frozen Fruit.
  • Sweetness Control: If the smoothie is not sweet enough, add another half-banana or a date. If too thick, add a splash more milk. You can also add a bit of honey to add sweetness.
  • No Ice Needed: Use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes to avoid a watered-down smoothie.
  • Meal Prep: Get ahead of the day! Pre-portion fruit and greens into freezer bags, then just add liquid and blend.
